I recently used the services of this insurance broker and overall, I found it to be an average experience. The website is user-friendly and provides all the necessary information about their offerings. However, I was a bit disappointed with the customer service. The response time to my queries was slower than expected, and the agent I dealt with seemed unenthusiastic and not very knowledgeable. Moreover, the pricing was not as competitive as I had hoped. On the positive side, once I was able to get the necessary information, the process of obtaining a quote and purchasing a policy was relatively straightforward. Overall, I would rate this company as average, as it met my basic insurance needs but did not exceed my expectations in terms of service or pricing.
