I have been a customer of Sfccu Credit Union Co-operative Society Limited for several years now, and I must say that my overall experience has been average. However, I have faced some issues with the customer service department. The representatives are not always knowledgeable and sometimes take a long time to resolve customer queries. I hope the company takes these feedbacks into consideration and works towards providing a great experience to its customers.
