I recently purchased some items from their website and had an average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was straightforward. However, the delivery took a bit longer than expected, and I had to follow up with customer service to get an update on my order. The products were as described, but I felt the packaging could have been more secure. In terms of pricing, I found it to be on par with other similar retailers. It would be great if they could improve their communication regarding order status and delivery times. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
