As a first-time home buyer, I had a decent experience with the company. The website was user-friendly, and I found some helpful information about the home buying process. However, I felt that the communication with the realtor could have been more consistent. While the realtor was knowledgeable about the market, I expected more personalized attention. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but there was room for improvement in terms of customer service. The company did help me find a suitable property, but I believe a more hands-on approach could have enhanced the experience.🏠
