I recently visited Greenwood and used the Convention and Visitors Bureau's services. It was a pleasant experience overall. The staff was friendly and provided useful recommendations. The mstourism.com website was helpful in navigating through the city. However, I suggest that the bureau improve the accessibility options on their site for people with disabilities. Nevertheless, it was an excellent service overall.
