I had an average experience with this company. Their website is clean and easy to navigate, but I was expecting more. The information provided on their services was fairly limited and I felt a bit confused. The customer service was responsive, but not very knowledgeable. I had to explain my situation multiple times before I received the guidance I needed. The advisors were polite, but I felt they were lacking expertise. It seemed like they were reading from a script rather than truly understanding my financial goals. Overall, I think this company has potential, but they need to improve their communication and knowledge base. I would give them a 3-star rating as I was not completely satisfied with my experience.
