I have been a customer of this credit union for quite some time now, and I am satisfied with their services. The online banking platform is easy to navigate, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. However, there is room for improvement in terms of customer service. There have been instances where I had to wait for a long time to get a response to my queries. Overall, it's a decent credit union, but there is scope for enhancement.
