I recently started kickboxing at I Love Kickboxing and it's been such a great experience. The instructors are knowledgeable and motivational, they really push you to do your best. The workouts are tough but so worth it, I can see myself getting stronger and more toned. The atmosphere in the studio is so positive and encouraging, it really makes a difference. I highly recommend this place!
