I would rate Tehran oil refinery co. as average. They provide decent service but there is definitely room for improvement. The website tehranrefinery.ir is easy to navigate and find information about the company. However, I feel that their customer service could be more responsive and their prices could be more competitive. Overall, an okay experience.
