I had high hopes when I enrolled in the recovery program at Northern Illinois Recovery Center. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of my expectations. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and I often felt like just another number. The program lacked individualized attention, and I didn't feel like my needs were fully addressed. It was a disappointing experience overall.
