I had a mixed experience with Balet tourism travel agency. While the overall trip was enjoyable, there were a few hiccups along the way. The communication with the agency before the trip was a bit slow, and I had some difficulty getting timely responses. Additionally, one of the tour guides was not as knowledgeable as I expected, and it affected my experience during that particular tour. However, the accommodations were comfortable, and the other tours were well-organized. Overall, it was a decent trip, but there is room for improvement.
