I had a mixed experience with Designs 2 heart. Their website was easy to use and had a decent selection of products. However, the quality of the items I received was not up to my expectations. Some of the products had defects and I had to go through a hassle to get a replacement. The customer service was helpful, but it took a longer time than I would have liked to resolve my issues. Overall, I would say Designs 2 heart is an okay company, but there is room for improvement.
