I recently used the services of this home inspection company and I found the overall experience to be satisfactory. The inspector was thorough and provided detailed explanations during the inspection 😊. However, I felt that the report could have been more organized and presented in a clearer format. Additionally, the scheduling process was a bit cumbersome, and I had to follow up multiple times to confirm the appointment. On the positive side, the inspector was knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. Overall, it was an average experience, and I would recommend the company to improve their report presentation and streamline their scheduling process for better customer experience.
