I have been a customer of Stros - sedlcanske strojirny, a.s. for several years now and I must say that their services are just average. I have encountered some minor issues with their products but overall, they have been able to resolve them in a satisfactory manner. The customer support team is helpful and responsive, which is definitely a plus. However, there is room for improvement in terms of product quality and reliability.
