I recently had the opportunity to interact with a retail energy provider based in the Southeastern United States. Their website is user-friendly and provides comprehensive information about services and rates. However, I found the customer service to be lacking in responsiveness and communication. It took longer than expected to receive a resolution to my issue, and I had to follow up multiple times. On a positive note, the company's commitment to renewable energy and community involvement is commendable. I hope to see improvements in their customer service to better serve their members. Overall, the experience was average. ⚡
