As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to work with Powell Design Studio for a project, and my experience was fairly average. 😐 The company's website was easy to navigate, providing detailed information about their services and portfolio. However, the overall communication and response time fell short of my expectations. 📧 It often took longer than anticipated to receive project updates and responses to my inquiries, which resulted in some delays.
