I recently worked with this architecture firm for a commercial project. The website is user-friendly and it was easy to find the information I needed. However, the communication from the team was a bit lacking, and there were a few delays in the project timeline. The designs provided were satisfactory, but I was expecting more creativity and innovation. The pricing was competitive compared to other firms, but I felt that the value for money was just average. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and design innovation. 😐
