I recently hired a cleaning service from Axis Cleaning & Support Services and I would rate my experience as average. The company website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, allowing me to request a quote quickly. However, the communication from the company could have been better. It took a few days for them to respond to my inquiry, which was a bit frustrating. The cleaning service provided was satisfactory, but not exceptional. While the cleaners were punctual and professional, I noticed a few areas that were not thoroughly cleaned. Overall, Axis Cleaning & Support Services did an average job in terms of their website and communication, but they could improve the quality of their cleaning services.
