I had a mixed experience with Jackson health it. While their website design and user interface was excellent, their customer support was lacking. I had to wait on hold for a long time and the representative I spoke with was not very knowledgeable. However, once I got through to the technical support team, they were able to help me resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. Overall, I would rate my experience with Jackson health it as average.
