I recently used the services of Mti Ready Mix and overall, my experience was average. 🤷‍♀️ The website was informative and easy to navigate, providing all the necessary information about their offerings. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. 📞 The representatives were not very helpful when I had questions and seemed uninterested in assisting me. 🗣️ Furthermore, the pricing was on the higher side compared to similar companies in the market. 💰 On the positive side, the quality of the products was decent and the delivery was prompt. 🚚 However, I expected a bit more professionalism and friendliness from the company. Overall, I would consider exploring other options before choosing Mti Ready Mix again. 👎
