I recently used this company's services for a group trip and I must say, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, the customer service was lacking. When I contacted them with some queries, the response was slow and not very helpful. The bus itself was clean and comfortable, but nothing exceptional. The driver was professional and drove safely, but there was no personalized touch or warm interaction with the passengers.
