I am a customer of Black Mix Communications & Black Mix Lesotho, and I have to say that their services are average. I expected more from them, but they just offer basic communication solutions. Their website, black-mix.co.za, is not user-friendly at all. The navigation is confusing, and it takes a lot of time to find what you need. On top of that, their customer support is slow in responding to queries. They need to step up their game and provide better services. Overall, I would rate them as average.
