The experience with the 360customizer website was average. The user interface was confusing and it took me some time to figure out how to use the customization tool. However, once I got the hang of it, I was able to design my own product exactly as I wanted. The range of customization options was impressive, but I wish there were more templates to choose from. Overall, the website could use some improvements, but it gets the job done.
