I recently worked with a PR firm to help with a product launch 🚀, and although the firm was professional and responsive, I felt that the level of creativity and fresh ideas could have been stronger. The team was efficient in executing our planned strategies but lacked the innovation and outside-the-box thinking that I was hoping for. The website was informative and easy to navigate, but I wish they offered more in-depth case studies and client success stories for a better understanding of their capabilities. Overall, the experience was okay, but I believe there's room for improvement in terms of providing more creative and impactful PR strategies.
