I have been a customer of Lutheran Education VIC, NSW & TAS for several years now and I must say that their service has been average. While the website is informative and easy to navigate, I feel that their communication with parents could be improved. There have been instances where important announcements were not sent out in a timely manner, causing confusion and inconvenience. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
