I have recently had an experience working with Dsi - general directorate of state hydraulic works, and it was overall satisfactory. The website (dsi.gov.tr) provided sufficient information, although it could benefit from more frequent updates. The team was responsive and professional in their communication. However, I think there is room for improvement in terms of streamlining processes. But overall, I had a decent experience.
