I had an average experience at Spa ely. The services provided were decent, but nothing exceptional. The massage I received was relaxing, although I felt that the therapist could have been more skilled. The ambiance of the spa was pleasant, but it lacked that extra touch to make it truly exceptional. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I wouldn't rave about it.
