I recently started practicing Bikram yoga and decided to give Inverted Elephant a try after a friend's recommendation. I must say, I am impressed with the quality of instruction and the overall atmosphere at the studio. The instructors are very professional and attentive, and the classes are challenging but enjoyable. The studio is clean and well-equipped, and I always leave feeling refreshed and energized. I highly recommend Inverted Elephant to anyone looking to start or deepen their yoga practice.
