I recently used the services of this transportation company for a local move. 👍 Initially, I was impressed with their website, which provided clear information about their services, coverage area, and reasonable rates. The booking process was smooth, and they promptly responded to my inquiries. 📦

However, the actual moving experience was just average. The movers arrived on time, which was a plus. But, I felt that they could have been more careful with my belongings. Although nothing major got damaged, I noticed a few scratches on some furniture pieces. 😕

Additionally, the movers appeared a bit indifferent and lacked enthusiasm throughout the process. It would have been nicer if they had displayed more professionalism and engaged with me a little more. 😔

Overall, Action Transport, Inc. provided an average moving experience. They have room for improvement in terms of attention to detail and customer interaction. 🚛✨
