I recently worked with a design company to create a website for my business. The process with this company was straightforward, and they delivered the project on time. The team was professional and communication was clear throughout the process. However, I was hoping for a bit more creativity and originality in the design. The final product was good, but it didn't stand out as much as I had expected. The customer service was polite, but I felt that the overall experience lacked a personal touch. In terms of functionality, the website works well, but I was looking for more innovative features. Overall, it was an average experience, and I appreciate the efforts put in by the team.
