I recently purchased metal products from this company through their website. The website was user-friendly and made it easy to find what I needed. However, the shipping process was slower than expected, and the communication from the company about the delay was lacking. 📦 The quality of the metal products was good, but I wish there was more variety in their selection. Overall, the experience was average. The customer service could be improved, and the shipping time needs to be more efficient. I hope they take customer feedback into consideration to enhance their services.
