As a customer, I found the company's customer service to be subpar. 🏢 Despite their promising portfolio on their website, the communication and responsiveness from the team didn't meet my expectations. The leasing process felt dragged out, with delays and lack of updates. The website's user-friendliness was also a bit lacking, making it difficult to find the information I needed. On a positive note, the properties listed seemed well-maintained from the pictures. However, the overall experience interacting with the company left me feeling indifferent. I hope to see improvements in their communication and responsiveness in the future.
