As a customer, I had a mixed experience with this fashion company. While I appreciate their commitment to showcasing diverse designers and creating opportunities for underrepresented voices in the industry, I found their website a bit challenging to navigate. The layout and organization could be improved for a smoother shopping experience. However, I do commend the company for their unique and stylish product offerings, especially the pieces that beautifully incorporate cultural influences. Overall, I'd rate my experience as average. There's certainly potential, but there are some areas that could be refined to enhance the customer journey. 👗
