I had an average experience at this spa. The ambiance was nice, but the overall service was not exceptional. The staff was polite, but I didn't feel as pampered as I have at other spas. The treatments I received were decent, but nothing extraordinary. I expected a bit more for the price I paid. However, it was still a relaxing experience overall.
