As a traveler with a taste for luxury, I decided to book a rental through this company for a recent trip. While the property was stunning and well-appointed, I encountered several issues during my stay. The communication with the company was lacking and it took longer than expected to address our concerns. Additionally, I found the booking process to be somewhat cumbersome and the website navigation could use improvement. On the positive side, the property itself was beautifully designed and furnished, and the amenities were top-notch. However, for the premium price, I expected a smoother experience overall. I hope the company can enhance their customer service and streamline their booking process to match the level of their properties.
