I recently used the services of this company and overall, I found it to be an average experience. The company website was easy to navigate and provided relevant information about their services. However, I was not overly impressed with the level of customer service I received. Although the staff was polite, it took them quite a while to respond to my queries and address my concerns. Additionally, the prices seemed a bit higher compared to similar companies in the market. On the positive side, the quality of the work provided was satisfactory and met my expectations. The technicians were professional and completed the job within the agreed timeframe. Overall, while the company did an average job, there is room for improvement in terms of customer support and pricing.
