I recently had the opportunity to work with a law firm to handle a legal matter, and I chose Rubinstein & associates, p.a. based on their website's positive reviews. While my overall experience was satisfactory, I must admit that I found them to be quite average. The communication from their team was prompt and professional, although I felt that they lacked a personal touch. The website was informative and well-designed, making it easy to find the relevant details. However, I would have appreciated more clarity regarding their fees and billing process. The attorneys were knowledgeable and able to handle my case competently, but I didn't feel that they went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. All in all, Rubinstein & associates, p.a. provided a decent service, but I wasn't overly impressed.
