I recently purchased an electric bike from this company's website. The ordering process was smooth and the website was easy to navigate. However, I have to say that the overall experience with the company was just average. The customer service could use some improvement as it took a while to receive a response to my inquiries. Additionally, the shipping of the bike was delayed, causing some inconvenience. The quality of the bike itself was decent, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed after I received it. The company did resolve these issues promptly, but it would have been preferable if they had been caught before shipping. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. While the website and ordering process were satisfactory, the delays and minor issues with the bike could have been better handled.
