I recently used the services of this company to buy commercial property in Southwest Florida. While their website was easy to navigate and informative, I found their overall service to be average. The agents I worked with seemed knowledgeable but lacked in responsiveness and follow-through. It took multiple attempts to get updates on potential properties and I often had to initiate contact myself. Additionally, the negotiating process was cumbersome and felt disorganized at times. While they were able to find me a suitable property, the overall experience could have been smoother and more efficient. I appreciate their efforts but feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and communication.
