As a customer, I found the website to be clean and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find information. However, when it came to the actual shipping process, I encountered some delays and issues with tracking my package. The customer service was responsive but could have been more proactive in keeping me updated. The pricing was competitive and transparent, which I appreciated. Overall, my experience was average. There is certainly room for improvement in terms of efficiency and communication. 😐
