I recently had the opportunity to interact with Caprice Management Corporation while looking for a property to rent. Their website was user-friendly and provided comprehensive information about their available properties. I found the virtual tours particularly helpful in getting a better sense of the spaces. However, I must say that I had an average experience with their customer service. While the representatives were polite, I found it challenging to reach them, and it took longer than expected to get responses to my inquiries. Additionally, the communication could have been more proactive and timely. Nevertheless, once I finally secured a property, the leasing process itself was smooth, and the staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. Overall, I would rate my experience with Caprice Management Corporation as average, as there is room for improvement in terms of customer support and responsiveness.
