I've been practicing yoga for a while now, and Buddha b yoga center is one of the best studios I've been to. The instructors are passionate and knowledgeable about yoga, and they create a welcoming and calming atmosphere. The classes are challenging yet enjoyable, and I always leave feeling balanced and relaxed. The studio is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and supportive.
