I have been a customer of Southern Leyte Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SOLECO) for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. While they do provide electricity and ensure that it is consistently available, their customer service could be improved. There have been instances where I needed assistance with billing inquiries or power outages, and it took quite some time for them to respond. Overall, I would say that SOLECO is an okay company to be a customer of.
