I recently purchased a phone from this company and overall, the experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of phones to choose from. The ordering process was smooth and I received my phone within the expected timeframe. However, I did encounter a couple of issues. Firstly, the customer service was not very responsive. I reached out with a question and it took several attempts before I received a response, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the quality of the phone was not as expected. There were some noticeable scratches on the device, which was disappointing considering it was listed as "new". Overall, while I did manage to get the phone I wanted, the lack of responsiveness from customer service and the condition of the phone left me feeling somewhat disappointed.
