I have been a customer of Banco activo for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they provide all the basic banking services that one would expect, their customer support can be a bit slow at times. The online banking platform is easy to use, but it could use some improvements in terms of functionality. Overall, I would say that Banco activo is an okay bank.
