I recently purchased an industrial engine from this company's website. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the product information to be very detailed. The ordering process was smooth and efficient, and I received the product within the expected timeframe. However, I encountered some issues with the product after installation, and when I reached out for assistance, the customer service response was slow and not very helpful. I think the company could improve their after-sales service to better support their customers. Overall, the website and ordering process were satisfactory, but the lack of efficient after-sales support brought down my overall experience with the company.
