I recently started going to a local CrossFit gym and it has been an amazing experience so far. The workouts are intense and challenging, but I love the variety and how they push me to my limits. The Garage has great coaches who are always there to provide guidance and support. The community is also very welcoming and friendly. I feel motivated and inspired every time I walk through the doors. Highly recommend!
