I recently booked a vacation through Alexandria viajes and I must say it was an average experience. The customer service was decent and the booking process was smooth. However, I expected more from a travel agency that claims to offer excellent service. The hotel we stayed at was just okay, nothing special. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
