I recently opened an account with this bank, and I must say I had a fairly average experience. The staff was courteous and helpful 🤝, but the overall process of setting up the account took longer than expected. Also, the online banking platform is a bit outdated and not user-friendly. On the positive side, the physical branch has a welcoming atmosphere and is conveniently located. However, I do hope that the bank considers updating their technology and streamlining their processes for a more efficient customer experience. Overall, my experience was average, and I hope to see improvements in the future.
