I recently purchased a litter box from this company's website. While the product itself is average in terms of quality, I found the overall experience to be satisfactory. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, making the process of finding and purchasing the product hassle-free. The shipping was prompt, and the item arrived in good condition. However, I did encounter a minor issue with the assembly instructions, as they were not very clear. Nonetheless, I was able to figure it out with some trial and error. The customer service team was helpful and responsive when I reached out to them with my concern. Overall, I would say my experience with this company was average. Though they could improve on providing clearer instructions, their prompt shipping and responsive customer service are commendable.
